GOT 2 OLD SCHOOL STEAK SANDWICHES WITH FRIES AND A DRINK. SANDWICHES WHERE DRENCHED IN MAYO AND TASTED LIKE A SALT BLOCK. TRIED TO RETURN FOOD BECAUSE IT WAS FOUL. BILL WAS $29. WORKER SAID HE COULDNT REMAKE FOOD BECAUSE HE ALREADY MADE IT. SO, WE WERE STUCK WITH SUBPAR FOOD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DISAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED 50 MILES TO EAT Charley's FOOD AS A REWARD at the Coastal Grand Mall in myrtle Beach, SC.

Food is always top notch and service is great! Always a must when we spend a day at the mall. Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken are good. Cheese fries are also very good.

I've eaten here a couple of times food is good. A nice spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Gets real busy during summertime depends on what's going on in that area. It's pretty elbow to elbow. I love the drinks more than the food. But it's myrtle beach what's not to really like🤣

It was a good sandwich and fries were good. The counter and food prep area was a mess. Especially the customer pickup area was a disaster absolutely no reason why 5 mins couldn't be taken to clean up and restock this. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it at the time. The dispensers of napkis, ketchup dispenser all empty and trash and spills everywhere. Just gross. Really hurts what could have been a 4 or 5 star experience. The steak and cheese was great. By itself 4.5 stars, fries needed to be just a bit fresher and not re-fried so they get 3.5 stars. I like vinegar with my fries often but I didn't even bother to ask after seeing the mess. Price was $18 for the large sandwich, fries and drink combo. I said I wanted the largest size which for the drink and fries was not big at all. My gf and I were splitting it. I was full off the split so $9 each pretty great price. I'll go back I like the sandwich just hope it's clean and organized next time and I'll update this review to reflect it like I always do!

Hands down the best. Super fresh and hot. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. If you’re in the mall. I highly suggest that you stop by and try it.

Cheesesteaks cooked fresh right in front of you. A trip to the mall for a movie got us buying lunch in the food court. Founded in 1986 in Columbus, Ohio, this fast growing franchise established the concept of grilling the food facing you. I ordered the California Club with a good amount of thinly sliced, grilled chicken breast, melted provolone cheese and a choice of toppings on their own signature toasted roll. Large size was enough for two of us and very filling. A side of thicker fries were hot but some seemed a little raw.
